Project description

The Karntama Village, part of the Christmas Creek Mine project in Western Australia’s Pilbara Region, consists of two 800-person camps centred on a shared services area. The village is part of the Fortescue Metals Group’s broader expansion program, which plans to increase the total iron ore production from the Chichester Hub to 95 million tonnes per annum. Monford performed earthworks, in ground services and concrete works.
