Ciaran has more than 20 years’ experience in the infrastructure, energy and resources industries throughout Australia, Ireland and the United Kingdom. As Chief Commercial Officer, Ciaran is responsible for Monford’s commercial strategy and driving business growth. Ciaran holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Commercial Management and a Master’s degree in Construction Commercial Management from the University of Westminster in London, United Kingdom.

Pat Furlong brings a wealth of experience to Monford Group, with 35 years of expertise in construction management and project delivery in both Ireland and Australia. Pat’s career is marked by a series of notable achievements, where he has successfully navigated end-to-end project execution on high-profile ventures, including the Sunraysia Solar Plant ($280 million), QGC Oil & Gas Well site program ($480 million), and APLNG new Gas processing facilities ($800 million).

He brings over two decades of expertise in major project bidding and delivery across Australia and New Zealand such as the Leighton/Broad Elizabeth Quay JV ($210m), the New Children’s Hospital proposal ($950m) and the Kalgoorlie Prison PPP ($450m).
