    Monford Group are thrilled to announce that we have been selected as a finalist in the Civil Contractors Federation Western Australia (CCFWA) Earth Awards 2023. Our project, The Centre of National Resilience, has earned this distinction within the $30-75 million category.

    The Centre of National Resilience is a testament to our commitment to excellence, innovation, and sustainability and this acknowledgment strengthens Monford position as an industry leading construction company who consistently delivers projects on time, within budget, safely and sustainably with a client-centric focus.     Monford Group is excited to meet you at Down Under Live!

    Monford Group is thrilled to reveal that we will embark on an overseas recruitment tour in March, visiting the United Kingdom and Ireland! The trip will kick off in Birmingham, and will be attended by the company’s Chief Corporate Services Officer Sam Wignall, and HR Manager Lauren Ferguson.

    Monford Group will be attending all three Down Under Live! events beginning in Birmingham’s Edgbaston Stadium on March 4th, followed by the Hilton Dublin on March 8th and ending in Glasgow’s Hampden Park Stadium on March 11th.

    These events are specifically designed to connect Australian and New Zealand companies with top talent in the UK and Ireland. The events will provide Monford Group with the opportunity to meet with potential candidates and showcase the company’s exciting projects and opportunities.

    Monford Group are currently recruiting for a variety of positions, including Project Managers, Construction Managers, Construction Superintendents and Supervisors, Project Engineers, Senior Contracts Administrators and Contract Administrators. These roles are critical to the company’s continued growth and success, and we are looking for professionals with a background in engineering, energy, and infrastructure, as well as those with experience in project management, business development, and other related fields.
