Monford Group Establishes New National Headquarters In Perth’s CBD

Monford Group, a leading national EPC contractor in the infrastructure, resources, and energy sectors, is proud to announce the official opening of its new national headquarters, aptly named Monford House, located in Perth’s central business district on 239 Adelaide Terrace. Monford Group occupies the entire top floor, which is approximately 1,000 square metres. This strategic relocation marks a significant milestone for Monford Group, as the company moves up a gear and reaffirms its commitment to providing outstanding service to its clients while fostering continued expansion and growth.

Situated with commanding views overlooking the iconic Swan River, Monford House will serve as the epicentre of Monford Group’s national operations. The decision to move the company’s national headquarters to this prime location is a result of careful consideration and it reinforces Monford’s commitment to being more accessible and responsive to its clients’ needs. Monford’s current projects in the infrastructure, resources and energy sectors span across Australia, with international and national clients and supply chain partners. By establishing Monford House in the central business district, Monford is well-positioned to serve its clients even more effectively, reaffirming the company’s dedication to delivering exceptional construction and engineering solutions.

This move underscores Monford Group’s eagerness to welcome both clients and staff into a modern, collaborative workspace designed to promote innovation and teamwork. The office layout has been carefully planned to encourage greater synergy among the Monford team and reinforces the company’s commitment to creating a more unified work environment.

In addition to bringing the company’s people closer to its clients, Monford’s relocation to the central business district is also in line with their sustainability initiatives. The move places the business in proximity to public transport options, making the daily commute for staff more efficient and eco-friendlier. By reducing its carbon footprint, Monford Group demonstrates its dedication to environmental stewardship and a greener future.

“We are thrilled to embark on this exciting new chapter for Monford Group. Monford House symbolises our dedication to excellence, collaboration, and sustainability.” said Peter Moore, CEO of Monford Group.

“This strategic relocation is a testament to our commitment to our clients, our team, and our sustainability focus. Monford House will provide better access to public transport and the city amenities for our people, clients, and supply chain partners.  With our expanding operations, the new headquarters will provide the additional space we require to continue our growth in EPC, Design and Construct and Construct only projects throughout Australia. We eagerly look forward to welcoming both existing and new clients to our new national headquarters.”

This announcement comes just weeks after Monford Group’s expansion in the Pilbara region, as the company proudly unveiled its newly acquired and larger premises in Karratha, which will serve as the Pilbara Region base of operations.  The addition of this substantial facility represents a strategic step in bolstering Monford Group’s presence in the Pilbara, allowing Monford to better serve its clients in the region.

Monford Group’s CEO, Peter Moore, who recently visited the new Karratha facility along with CCO Ciaran Shannon and Operations Manager Lee Stewart, shared his perspective on this expansion:

“Monford Group has been operating in the Pilbara for over a decade. We have successfully completed many complex civil and resources projects during this time. This new facility will allow Monford Group to continue to service our clients in the Pilbara region. We have a solid pipeline of secured projects in the Pilbara over the next few years, and this facility will enable our resident staff in Karratha to expand and continue to operate in our regional office in the Northwest of Western Australia.”
